Distribution company task 


In time:

In time is a thriller movie set in the future where the amount of time you have to live is displayed on your wrist. The maximum age to live in 25 after that your body is genetically engineered to die after a year. The poor steal and work hard to live beyond 25 but the rich can live forever. The movie was release in 2013 and had a PG-13 rating.

The movie was distributed by a company called 20th century fox which is owned by a man called Jim Ginopulos 


The marketing ideas they used contained:
  • Poster campaign 
  • Trailers
  • Advertisements 
They had their own:
  • Facebook page 
  • Twitter page 
They released the film 'In Time' in lots of cinema's internationally.

The film is available in:
  • DVD
  • Blu-Ray
Box office: $12,050,368
DVD sales: $9,103,477

There was a soundtrack released on Itunes

I think that 20th Century Fox would distribute my film because:
  1. They don't have many psychological thrillers 
  2. They have lots of movies with complex plots.
